Children at the fitness center
We want to make it easy for parents and guardians to get an overview of the rules and age limits that apply at ENERGY. Below you will find information about what applies to children and young people at the center.
The goal is to provide a safe and pleasant training environment, with good experiences for both children, young people and other members.
Children 0-2 years
The child can sit in a stroller/car seat and follow you into the center. This applies as long as the child can sit still in the stroller/car seat while you exercise. The recommended time to exercise is preferably in the morning or early afternoon.
Children 3-11 years old
Children between 3-11 years old MUST sit/be in the social zone/lounge with their mobile/iPad etc. They are not allowed to be on exercise machines, nor play around in the room. This is for safety reasons and is the sole responsibility of the parents.
Children 12-14 years old
Youth between the ages of 12-14 must train with a parent/guardian. They do not have their own access, but access together with a parent on a YOUTH membership. To get this membership, parents/guardians must contact hei@energyfitness.no.
Children 15 years and older
The minimum age to train alone at ENERGY is 15 years. These people sign up for a YOUNG membership. During the registration process, guardians will be asked to verify membership via SMS – everything is done automatically at energyfitness.no .
