Follow us on social media

Access

Immediate access to the center after signing up with the Membro app – download from Google Play or Apple's App Store. Alternatively, you can buy a key tag from a machine at the center. Read more at energyfitness.no/inngang .

If you have problems getting in, you can call our emergency number at 33330101.

All members have automatic access to the center outside of operating hours with the app. See energyfitness.no/inngang . For questions, contact customer service at hei@energyfitness.no.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to have both the Membro app and the key fob. You must choose either or. When activating Membro, the fob will stop working. If you have activated Membro but would rather use the fob, please contact Customer Service at hei@energyfitness.no.

Contract giro

You can create an Avtalegiro in the Membro app. See more at energyfitness.no/avtalegiro .

You will receive a confirmation in your online bank when the direct debit has been activated. You can also check this in the Membro app.

First, check that the direct debit has been created and approved in your online bank. If there are still problems, contact customer service at hei@energyfitness.no.

Payment and invoice

Payment is made monthly via direct debit. Read more about direct debit here >> . If you have not set up direct debit, an invoice will be sent to your email and digipost. You can also find the invoice in the Membro app. Without direct debit, an invoice fee of NOK 36 will be charged.

This can happen if the direct debit has not been activated yet, or if there are no funds in the account. Check the status of the direct debit in your online bank and/or in the Membro app.

Upon termination of membership, membership will cease at the end of the first full calendar month following the month of termination, with one month of paid notice at the regular price. Check the status of your membership in the Membro app.

Payment should primarily be made via direct debit. If you do not create one, an invoice will be sent manually to you by email and to Digipost, and an invoice fee of NOK 36 will be incurred. By creating a direct debit, you avoid fees, and this is easily created in the Membro app.

Membership

You can easily do this via our website – energyfitness.no. If you have been a member before, you can also sign up via the Membro app.

Membership freezes are done via the Membro app. Freezing memberships costs NOK 33 per month, and there is no limit on the number of freezes per year.

Send an email to our customer service at hei@energyfitness.no. Remember to include your name and mobile number in the inquiry.

Registration is done at energyfitness.no. During the registration process, guardians will have the opportunity to register and will be responsible for paying for the membership. It is important that guardians subsequently set up a direct debit to avoid invoice fees.

Yes, it works perfectly. As a guardian, you are part of the system that pays for children's memberships and can see invoices, etc.

All members receive a free PT consultation. This can be booked at energyfitness.no/PT . Our PTs are also available at the center for a no-obligation chat.

Yes, you can change personal trainers if you wish. Contact your center and we will help you find a PT that suits you better.

Membership terms

You choose whether you want a membership with or without a commitment period. Click on the 'Become a Member' button above to see our memberships.

Yes, it is possible to transfer your membership to others, for example if you have a remaining commitment period/termination period and cannot use your membership. Contact our Customer Service at hei@energyfitness.no.

Well-being rules

No, you are not allowed to bring anyone with you to a free trial class. If you are going to bring someone with you, drop-in applies – see energyfitness.no/drop-in .

For privacy reasons, it is not permitted to take photos or film at the center without permission from staff and any members who are in the photos.

Under 18 years old

See information at /energyfitness.no/barn for those under 15 years of age. For self-training, the age limit is 15 years. Everyone between 15 and 17 years of age must take a gymlappen course . For registration of young people under 18 years of age, consent from guardians is required, and this is done during the registration process on our website.

Registration takes place on our website – /energyfitness.no/bli-medlem . For those between 15 and 17 years old, you choose UNG membership. During the registration process, a guardian must enter and approve the membership, and then also become the payer.

Enrolled between the ages of 15 and 17 must take the Gymlappen course . For children under 15, separate rules apply, see energyfitness.no/barn .
