- Payment information and membership information
- Visit history, usage patterns and training data
- Information you provide to us in connection with inquiries, feedback or complaints
- Information about your use of our digital services and website
- Images from access control and video surveillance of our centers (for security reasons)

Data controller
Our processing of your personal data is based on the following:
- Agreement: To fulfill our agreement with you regarding membership and access to our gyms
- Legitimate interest: To provide good customer service, improve our services, and ensure the safe operation of our centers
- Consent: For marketing and other purposes where we have explicitly requested your consent
- Legal obligation: To fulfill our legal obligations, such as the Accounting Act
Sharing of personal data
We may share your personal information with:
- Providers of services necessary to administer your membership and our services
- Payment service providers for handling payments
- System and IT providers who process data on our behalf
- Public authorities where required by law
All third parties who access your personal data are bound by data processing agreements that ensure that the data is processed in accordance with data protection regulations.
Storage and deletion
We only store your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as we are required to store it by law:
- Information related to your membership is stored as long as you are a member and up to 5 years after termination of membership (Accounting Act).
- Payment information is stored in accordance with the Accounting Act.
- Customer service communications are stored for up to 1 year after the inquiry.
- Video surveillance is stored for a maximum of 14 days, unless there are special reasons for longer storage.
Your rights
As a registered user, you have the following rights:
- Right to access the personal data we process about you
- Right to correction of incorrect or incomplete information
- Right to erasure of data under certain circumstances
- Right to restriction of processing under certain circumstances
- Right to data portability (to have data provided in a machine-readable format)
- Right to object to certain types of processing, such as direct marketing
- Right to withdraw consent when processing is based on consent

Right of appeal
If you believe that our processing of personal data is in breach of the data protection regulations, you have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. You can find information on how to contact the Norwegian Data Protection Authority on their website: www.datatilsynet.no.
However, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
