PT group classes (October 2025)

PT group classes are a form of training where a personal trainer (PT) leads a small group, usually with a limited number of participants, in a session with a focus on technique, motivation and effective training exercises for both strength and conditioning. This gives you the benefits of PT follow-up and guidance at a lower price per participant compared to one-on-one PT classes, and is suitable for those who want good guidance, but also appreciate group energy and variety in training

Group classes will start in October, and we will post the schedule here.

ENERGY's standard 50-minute workout with personal follow-up by a dedicated personal trainer with PT certification.
