MEMBRO - YOUR DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP CARD
ENERGY Fitness has replaced Min Side with the app MEMBRO. You download this from the App Store or Google Play
Log in with your mobile number. You use the app as your digital membership card, giving you access to the center from your phone.
The app also gives you an overview of your membership and the ability to manage it, change your information, create a direct debit, freeze your membership and more.
The app can be used by anyone with an active membership at ENERGY Fitness. Membership is purchased via our website.
- ACTIVATE MOBILE ACCESS
The MEMBRO app is your digital membership card that gives you access to the center.
NOTE: When you activate Mobile Access, your physical membership card will be deactivated if you have one previously.
- Turn on Bluetooth and allow Bluetooth for the app
- Stand near the front door/gate
- The app automatically searches for the doors at the top of the app on the 'Home' page
- Then press the correct door/disc to open.
- Your visit has been registered!
NOTE: Mobile data, Bluetooth and location services/position must be activated for the app to work.
- Alternative access – key fob
If you do not want to use mobile access, you can purchase a key tag from the vending machine at the center.
For activation: Send the code on the back of the key fob to hei@energyfitness.no .
When you receive confirmation by email, the key fob is ready to use.
Important: It is not possible to have both mobile access and a key fob at the same time. If mobile access is activated in the app, the key fob will not work.
