The Membro app is our digital access card. Alternatively, you can purchase a key fob at the center. See energyfitness.no/inngang .
Age limit
The age limit for training at our centers is 14 years. When registering minors under 18, a guardian must be stated upon registration. All registration is done on our website.

Morten is a trained naprapath and personal trainer. He has over 20 years of experience as a trainer and coach, and is a busy man. We are lucky to have him at our center. An hour with him will definitely give you the opportunity to get more out of your training. He also has good experience in treating pain and ailments through his education as a naprapath. "I am your supporter on the way to your goals. Together we sit down and talk about your training goals, challenges and anything else you want me to know. I will create a training program tailored to you and your body based on what you tell me.
