Age limit
The age limit for training at our centers is 14 years. When registering minors under 18, a guardian must be stated upon registration. All registration is done on our website.

What can I offer?
I am passionate about helping people create lasting results – both physically and mentally. With a background in team sports, strength training and many years of experience in mental health, I know how much of a difference the right training and good guidance can make to both the body and everyday life.
With me you don't get quick solutions or unrealistic plans, but safe, motivating and personal follow-up adapted to you and your goals. For me, good guidance is first and foremost about relationship. To be seen, understood and met where you are.
I believe that lasting change happens when there is safety, trust and honesty at the core. You don't have to be in shape to start – that's exactly why you start.

What can I offer?
I have 25 years of experience as a personal trainer and instructor in, among other things, crossfit, yoga, pilates and powerstep. Personal training is not just a job for me, it is a lifestyle. I have a genuine interest in training and helping YOU reach your training goals. You will receive a training and nutrition program tailored to you and your body. I will teach you the right training techniques and follow you up the whole way. Throughout my 25 years as a PT, I can point to countless satisfied clients.

Former professional athlete and has competed in Olympic weightlifting. Competed in various strength disciplines
