InBody is the most accurate body analysis machine. It is used by many players in training, universities, health and research throughout Norway. ENERGY Fitness now offers body analysis to our members at the centers.
Why body analysis?
Body composition analysis gives you an accurate picture of your body composition – including muscle mass, fat mass, fluid levels and more. This provides valuable information that helps you achieve your fitness goals more effectively.
Get a complete picture of body composition
If the goal is to "lose weight," then the goal is not to lose weight, but to reduce fat mass. InBody analyzes muscle mass and fat mass separately.
Measurable muscle development
If the goal of your training is to build muscle, an InBody test can measure muscle mass in the five body parts and track your progress over time.
Prevent lifestyle diseases
InBody measures visceral fat, which is the fatty tissue that surrounds the internal organs in the abdominal cavity. Too much fat can have negative health effects.

For non-members, the price is NOK 350 per scan, and a package of 5 scans NOK 1,390.
NOTE: Age limit 18 years. You must not consume any liquid or food for one hour before the analysis to get the most accurate measurement possible.
