Gym badge YOUNG 14-16
We want to ensure that our young members get a safe, motivating and knowledgeable start to their membership. We have therefore introduced a mandatory course for young people aged 15-17 without training experience at a fitness center. If you are between the ages of 17-19 and without training experience, you are also welcome to participate. The course, which lasts an hour and a half, contains both theory and practice with topics described below. The course fee is included in the registration fee paid when registering for UNG membership .
The course is held by one of our experienced PTs who has extensive experience training young people.
